Terra Food Co (“Terra”) aims to be a one-stop shop in the affordable gourmet food category, giving the aspiring youth quality & hygienic food via network of hyperlocal cloud kitchens and flagship stores at an affordable price. They have proprietary kitchen software for mapping manpower, performance and inventory usage. They are also introducing automated equipment, self-cooking centres for precision cooking. They plan to have multiple different cloud kitchens at the same location, optimising the place utilization.
